Arizona man accused of killing nearly 2 dozen cattle

The Navajo County Sheriffs Office says 38-year-old Joseph Gibbons was arrested after 22 cattle were found dead in Snowflake. A cattle rancher suffered a loss of more than $65,000 due to the dead cattle. Deputies say property owners cannot shoot livestock to prevent them from coming onto their property.

Lori Vallow mental competency hearing on Dec. 5

Lori Vallow will be back in a Phoenix courtroom on Thursday morning, and we could learn if the so-called "Doomsday Mom" will stand trial in her Arizona case. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.

Teen charged in connection with Gila River PD officer's death

A teenager was indicted in connection to a shooting at a party earlier this year where a Gila River Police Officer was killed. A grand jury charged 18-year-old Joseph Notah with "assault with a dangerous weapon" and "brandishing a firearm in an act of violence." Notah was not charged for Officer Joshua Briese's death.

Suspect arrested in Tempe hit-and-run that hurt teen

Vicente Diaz Castellanos, 48, appeared in court on Wednesday on two felony charges related to the hit-and-run crash. It happened Tuesday morning in Tempe near Broadway and Country Club as the girl was walking to school.

The CEO of UnitedHealthcare, Brian Thompson, was shot and killed outside a hotel in Midtown Manhattan on a Wednesday morning, an incident which the New York Police Department has characterized as a deliberate and conspicuous assault. Within a matter of hours, the authorities released photos of the man believed to be responsible for the shooting.
