Andrew Christiansen joined the Fox10 team in April 2026. He grew up in Orange County, California and later moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
As a student, he toured the FOX 10 studios when he was in anchor Syleste Rodriguez's class, so he is very excited to be a reporter here now!
He is also excited to be back in the Phoenix metro area, where he has stayed in touch with a lot of his friends from college.
Before Phoenix, he reported in Tucson, where he primarily covered politics, the economy, and education. He also focused many of his reports on Tucson's Catalina Foothills, where he was one of the first to report on Nancy Guthrie's disappearance. During his time in Tucson, he also interviewed many prominent politicians such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Senators Ruben Gallego and Mark Kelly.
Prior to Tucson, he reported in Corpus Christi, Texas for KRIS6 News and Action 10 News, including some guest reporting in Spanish for their Telemundo sister station.
At ASU, Andrew reported for Cronkite News, which aired on Arizona PBS, and also guest anchored and guest reported in Spanish for Cronkite Noticias, which aired on Univision Arizona.
Andrew is very passionate about storytelling on social media platforms. Have a story idea? Feel free to reach out to him.
In his free time he likes to check out local restaurants, unique spots, hikes, and fun things to do in the Valley.
