SILENT WITNESS: Armed suspect threatens clerk, customer at Circle K
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A reward is offer to find an armed robber who pointed a handgun at a clerk and a customer at a valley Circle K.
According to Sgt. James Rothschild with Silent Witness, the armed suspect robbed the store on Saturday, July 28th at about 5:15am.
The suspect entered the store near 35th Avenue and Encanto. The suspect pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded cash, and then went behind the counter and grabbed money out of the register.
The suspect also then pointed the weapon at a customer and threatened to rob him, but then took off. The suspect escaped in the passenger seat of a light-colored four-door vehicle.
The armed suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 35 to 40 years old, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall.
