Shed fire spreads to Phoenix strip mall
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Firefighters say a shed fire quickly spread to a nearby strip mall in Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix Fire Department, a shed fire spread to a strip mall near 32nd Street and Oak in Phoenix.
Firefighters say the fire broke out at 12:30 p.m. and when crews arrived at the scene, the fire had spread to a nearby strip mall.
No one was inside the structure at the time of the fire.
One firefighter was taken to a hospital for heat exhaustion.
Police say Oak Street remains closed due to the investigation of the fire.
