Scottsdale construction worker falls 12 feet into concrete vault, FD says

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - A construction worker fell 12 feet into a concrete vault on Wednesday, Aug. 31, in Scottsdale, the fire department said.

The incident happened near Thompson Peak Parkway and Legacy Boulevard, says Scottsdale Fire Capt. Dave Folio.

It's not known what led up to the person falling into the vault. They were taken to the hospital and their condition isn't known.
