PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. - Crews have almost fully contained two wildfires that sparked in Pinal County.
Romero Fire
The Romero Fire started on July 19 about 13 miles southwest of Kearny. It quickly grew to one of the largest fires burning in the state this year.
As of July 25, the fire burned 7,392 acres and is 100% contained.

Multiple wildfires are burning across Arizona
The Soldier Fire, Romero Fire and Circle Fire are all recent startups over the last 48 hours, burning throughout Arizona.
A group of residents near 3C Ranch were initially placed on SET evacuation status, but it has since been lifted.
According to the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management, one ranch was evacuated as a result of the growing blaze.
Circle Fire
The Circle Fire grew from 200 acres on July 19 to nearly 3,000 acres. As of July 25, it has burned 2,800 acres and is 90% contained.
The wildfire was reported burning near the base of Antelope Peak, a few miles east of the Romero Fire.
