Police clear rollover crash on State Route 51 in Phoenix
PHOENIX - A full road closure on State Route 51 northbound at Northern Avenue was put in place for a rollover crash on July 23.
The closure was lifted around 5:15 p.m. as police dragged the vehicle off to the shoulder.
At least two cars were involved in the crash and were being directed to exit the freeway at Northern Avenue.
