Phoenix stabbing investigation spans two crime scenes

PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are investigating a stabbing that took place overnight. Officers were called to a Circle K store in the downtown area near First Avenue and Roosevelt, where crime scene tape was seen in front of the store.

A short time later, there was a heavy police presence about a block away on Central Avenue near a transit station.

Authorities confirmed the two scenes are related to a stabbing, where one person suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police say they are not looking for a suspect.
