Phoenix police: "Suspect down' in officer-involved shooting

PHOENIX (AP) - The Phoenix Police Department says there's been a shooting involving at least one of its officers.

Police haven't released any details but Officer James Holmes says "one suspect is down" and that there are no reported injuries to officers.

The shooting occurred late Thursday morning in the vicinity of 19th Avenue and Cactus Road.
