Free coffee and doughnut offered to first responders at Krispy Kreme on Monday

First responders can receive a free coffee and doughnut on Monday at Krispy Kreme, the chain said.

The deal, which comes on National First Responders Day, is happening to honor the hardworking men and women who are often first on the scene of an emergency.

It includes firefighters, police, EMTs, and paramedics.

First responders can get a free small coffee, hot or iced, and a free doughnut of their choice – no purchase required.

Krispy Kreme said the deal is only valid for Oct. 28 at participating U.S. locations and is limited to one per guest per visit. It’s available in-stores and drive-thrus.

Free glazed doughnut for Halloween costumes

Meanwhile, Krispy Kreme said customers who wear any Halloween costume to participating shops on Oct. 31 can get a free doughnut. Again, no purchase is necessary.

The deal gets costume-wearers a free Original Glazed doughnut, the chain said.
