Investigators say Luther Dunn approached a 17-year-old boy while he was alone in his mother's car and demanded money at knife point. That's when the teen grabbed a tire iron, beat Dunn into submission and body-slammed him. Read more.

Desiree Michelle Richardson was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia.

Denise Hallowell is accused of locking a 12-year-old boy up in his bedroom, severely beating him and forcing the child to use a bucket for a toilet inside her home. Read more.

Police say during an argument, Charles Crockett took a rolling pin and hit his mother in the head with it until she became unconscious. She later died from her injuries. Read more.

DPS Troopers say they arrested 19-year-old Oscar De La Torre Munoz on marijuana possession charges. He was questioned regarding the freeway shootings, but has NOT been linked to the shootings.
