Maricopa County deputies investigating murder in Guadalupe

GUADALUPE, Ariz. - The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide in the town of Guadalupe, officials confirmed on Oct. 14.
Deputies were called to a neighborhood near Guadalupe Road and Avenida del Yaqui for reports of shots fired.
When they arrived, they found an unidentified man who had been shot.
Authorities have not released any details on a suspect or what might have led up to the shooting.
Guadalupe is a small town located between Phoenix and Tempe, just northeast of South Mountain.
