Man indicted on multiple child sex trafficking charges: MCAO

Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced on Dec. 30 that a grand Jury indicted a man on multiple counts of child sex trafficking.

Per a statement, 31-year-old George "Geno" Mosely was indicted on 14 counts of child sex trafficking, in addition to two counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of illegal control of an enterprise.

"Between May and July of 2024, George ‘Geno’ Mosely is accused of committing numerous child sex trafficking offenses against a 17-year-old victim after messaging her on Instagram and recruiting her to come to Arizona from Michigan for the purposes of prostitution," read a portion of the statement."Once in Arizona, Mosely engaged in sexual acts with the minor victim, required her to conduct acts of prostitution, and controller her as her ‘pimp.’"

According to court documents, a juge has set a $400,000 cash bond for Mosely.

"A trial date is currently set in April of 2025," a portion of the statement reads.
