Man breaks into home, moves into guest house while family is away

OAK CREEK, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A man was arrested after he broke into a family's house and started living in the guest house while they were not home.

The Yavapai County Sheriff's Office says James Woods broke into the home and hid an $1,800 check that came in the mail. Woods also admitted to eating food inside the home and rearranging the family's furniture.

Woods has been charged with burglary, trespassing and theft.
