Keeping up with the Jones: Catching up on sleep during weekends

PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- It's a small five-letter word that impacts our lives very deeply: sleep! A recent study conducted by the University of Colorado found that trying to catch up on sleep during the weekends may be more harmful than it is helpful.
