Hot water woes continue for students at one ASU Tempe dorm
TEMPE, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- Students returning to the Hayden Hall dorms at Arizona State University's Tempe campus thought their lack of hot water would be taken care of over Winter Break.
It wasn't.
Jumping in a cold shower in the morning is not the preferred way to start the day for some people, and students at the affected dorm don't like the situation.
ASU says it's been a problem since November, and the school has been working on a fix. It is now putting in new hot water heaters, and conducting what it calls an "electrical survey" to make sure the equipment works. A fix, however, can't come soon enough.
