Drug smugglers setup lookout points in Pinal County

The United States spends billions of dollars a year securing the border with Mexico, but there are some major holes. All you have to do is look south of the valley where cartels are openly operating one of the busiest drug corridors in the country, and they are doing it with the help of scouts placed in strategic hideouts.

FOX 10's Troy Hayden checked out one of the hideouts while riding with the Pinal County Sheriff's Office.
