GOODYEAR, Ariz. - A teenager who fell 20-30 feet down a manhole in Goodyear has been rescued and taken to a hospital.
The incident happened on May 3 near Broadway Road and Estrella Parkway.
Once at the scene, firefighters from multiple agencies were able to communicate with the victim, who complained of leg pain.

Confined space rescue in Goodyear
Crews responded to Broadway Road and Estrella Parkway on May 3 after a man fell down a manhole.
After several hours, the victim, identified as a 17-year-old teen, was safely rescued from the manhole.
He is in stable condition.
