Bruce Willis’ daughter shared a heartwarming video Wednesday of Willis and his ex-wife Demi Moore dancing together as a tribute to her father’s 70th birthday

The video, shared by Rumer Willis on Instagram, shows Willis and Moore sashay across Moore’s kitchen in Idaho.

In the video, Willis and Moore were laughing as he did a countdown and said, "Here we go!"

The two then danced around before Willis told Moore to "take it down the hallway."

"To the King … I love you Daddio Happy 70th Birthday papa," Rumer Willis said in the Instagram caption

It’s unclear when the video was taken – videos of Willis are rare ever since he was diagnosed with dementia – but the family did have big plans to celebrate Willis turning 70. Moore and Willis remain close, and Moore is friends with his wife, Emma Heming Willis.

Moore and Willis share three daughters: Rumer, Scout and Tallulah. Willis and Emma Heming Willis have two daughters, Mabel and Evelyn.

What they're saying:

On Tuesday, a day before Willis’ 70th birthday, Rumer Willis was asked on Instagram how her father is doing as he battles dementia. Rumer said, "He’s doing great, thank you for asking."

Scout Willis said in February that the family was gearing up to celebrate her father’s milestone birthday.

"We always celebrate," Scout, 33, told Fox News Digital. "We are a huge unit. We are very supportive of one another, and it’s sort of like ironclad… we are so loving with one another. … I think that is the foundation of everything we do."

In January, amid the deadly Los Angeles area wildfires, Willis was seen talking with first responders in what may have been his first public appearance since he was diagnosed. An Instagram video shared by his wife, Emma Heming Willis, showed Willis outside shaking hands and talking with first responders who were stationed at road closure signs. According to a 2023 report from Hello Magazine, Willis lives with Emma and his two daughters at a home in Brentwood Park

What is Bruce Willis diagnosed with?

The backstory:

In March 2022, his family announced that Willis had been diagnosed with aphasia, a language disorder caused by damage to an area of the brain that controls language expression and comprehension, according to Johns Hopkins Medicine.

By early 2023, Willis’ disease had progressed to frontotemporal dementia, an untreatable disease and the most common form of dementia in people under 60.
