Arizona teen's organs to be donated after cardiac arrest
A Valley family is choosing life after the death of their adopted son.
What we know:
Eighteen-year-old Jaycob Hogan went into cardiac arrest a week ago in his family's living room. His mother tried CPR, but doctors sadly declared him brain-dead.
Jaycob's family took him off life support, but that's not the end of the story. Jaycob's final wishes are to donate his organs.
'I can't imagine how many people this is going to affect'
"I can't imagine how many people this is going to affect, because it multiplies exponentially, every person he's going to help, which can be anywhere between eight and twelve people at this point. To me, that's multiplied by each and every one of these people and the circles that they touch. I just think it's infinite," his mother, Jessica Hogan, said.
