PHOENIX - Tempe Police are investigating a shooting on Thanksgiving night that left a man dead and a woman hurt.
Police say the incident happened in the area of Washington Street and Center Parkway on Nov. 28. They say when officers arrived, they found a male and a female victim with serious injuries.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and police have identified him as 24-year-old Anthony Carlos. The woman was hospitalized and underwent surgery for her injuries.
On Dec. 2, Tempe Police announced three suspects were arrested in this case. The department also says nearly 30 bullet casings were found at the scene and more than 30 people have been interviewed by investigators.
On Dec. 1, Miguel Rosas Galvan, Dennis Manuel Guillen and Oscar Manuel Guillen were arrested.
"All three men were charged with Conspiracy, First Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault," the department said. "The investigation is ongoing and there are still outstanding suspects."
Police say the shooting was not domestic violence related, "but those involved were all familiar with each other."
