A pleasant weekend ahead with Saturday highs in the mid-70s and Sunday's high near 80°.

PHOENIX - Following three days of scattered rain and snow showers, conditions have dried out across the state.

Friday will be a cool day in the Valley, but temps will be warming up this weekend.

What We Can Expect:

On Jan. 31, we'll see sunny and clear skies in Phoenix. The high temperature will be about 68 degrees.

Warmer temps this weekend

The Valley is expected to reach the middle 70s Saturday and upper 70s Sunday. It will be sunny to mostly sunny through the weekend, too. Winds aren't expected to pick up much through the weekend, peaking around 10-15 mph at times.

What they're saying:

"A significant warm-up is anticipated this weekend through early next week with temperatures warming to well-above normal levels," the National Weather Service Phoenix wrote on X. "Afternoon high temperatures will be near record levels in Phoenix early next week."

80s back in the forecast next week

What's next:

By next week, temperatures will jump into the low 80s. Monday is expected to reach 83 degrees, with Tuesday slightly warmer at 84 degrees.

Morning temperatures will climb as well. The upper 40s and low 50s are forecast for early next week.
