Drought conditions are worsening as temperatures stay higher than average for this time of year.
PHOENIX - Cold-morning temps warmed up to 71° on Tuesday in Phoenix, but 80-degree weather is back in the forecast this week.
On Wednesday, we'll see a high near 81°F. The 80s will stick around until this weekend, when temps drop back into the 70s.
Next week, highs will stay in the 70s in the Valley, with a high of 74°F expected on Christmas Day.
