Morning Weather Forecast - 1/15/25

A bit warmer today in the Valley with a high in the low 70s.

Wednesday will bring warmer temps and breezy conditions across Arizona.

What we know:

Gusts of 20-25 mph are forecast for Phoenix and up to around 30 mph in northern Arizona. Overnight lows will fall to the 30s in the Valley again with an official low forecast at 40 degrees for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Beginning Jan. 15, high temperatures will start to climb. The high is expected to hit the low 70s in Phoenix on Wednesday. By Thursday, the forecast high is around 75 degrees. The more mild air will not last.

What they're saying:

"Sunny skies w/ temperatures warming above normal will prevail today & Thursday. However, the next surge of cooler air will arrive by the end of the week pulling readings back down near normal through early next week. Still no good sign of rain in the forecast," NWS Phoenix wrote on X.

What's next:

Friday is forecast to slump back into the upper 60s with the middle 60s forecast over the weekend and into early next week.

Unfortunately, the forecast still looks quite dry. There is a low chance of an isolated shower from Thursday night into early Friday for northeastern Arizona.

Otherwise, the next several days look quiet and mostly sunny.
