Semi crashes into freeway wall in Phoenix

A semi-truck crashed into a freeway all Monday morning in Phoenix near the Loop 101 and State Route 51. The ramp from SR-51 northbound to the westbound Loop 101 was closed. It's unknown if there were any injuries.
