Families alleging mistreatment by Phoenix Police speak out amid DOJ investigation

People who allege they have been mistreated by Phoenix Police officers, including a man whose encounter with Phoenix Police made international headlines, say the investigation into the department by the U.S. Department of Justice is needed. FOX 10's Matt Galka reports.
