Valleywise Health: Rising COVID-19 cases can be attributed to Delta variant

Valleywise Health officials say they've seen an increase in COVID-19 cases in recent weeks. Dr. Michael White attributes the increase to the Delta variant but says the cases are also trending toward becoming more severe.
