St. Vincent de Paul opens overnight heat relief shelter

St. Vincent de Paul is opening their overnight heat relief center, giving those on the streets a place to sleep in an air-conditioned facility as the Valley deals with record-breaking temperatures. FOX 10's Danielle Miller has the story.
