Gov. Ducey signs bill making it easier to purge some from early voting list

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey on Tuesday signed legislation purging infrequent voters from a list of those who automatically get a mail-in ballot each election. FOX 10's Jennifer Martinez reports.
