Carjacking suspect accused of holding teen at knifepoint, stealing vehicle

Phoenix PD says Michael Keyton was arrested over the weekend and back on Apr. 20, he held a girl at knifepoint, stole her car at a school, then rammed into a police SUV after officers confronted him.
