Phoenix unveils ceremonial street signs honoring civil rights activist Cesar Chavez

Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego on Wednesday unveiled ceremonial street signs honoring Cesar Chavez. The city council approved the installation of the signs last month and they will be placed at 23 intersections along Baseline Road.
