City of Mesa holds Little Libraries raffle

The City of Mesa says residents are invited to create Little Libraries "to inspire a love of reading through book exchanges and fostering connections in neighborhoods." A raffle is being held through Jan. 19 and one winner will be chosen from each of six Mesa City Council Districts. More information at www.mesaaz.gov/littlelibraries.
