Suspect in Phoenix officer-involved shooting identified

The suspect has been identified as 47-year-old Helen Jones. Police say the officers tried to get Jones to comply, but she refused and pointed a gun at them. Officers say they were forced to shoot Jones after she pointed a gun at them.
