3 Valley bars allowed to reopen after being forced to close for COVID-19 violations

The health department announced on Oct. 6 that Glow Shots & Cocktails in Tempe, Bottled Blonde in Scottsdale, and Casa Amigos in Scottsdale will be allowed to reopen.
