New details released on Phoenix police shooting

Police say the incident began when they responded to reports of shots being fired in a neighborhood near 7th Street and Baseline on Thursday night. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a suspect with handgun tucked into his waistband. Police say the man reached for his gun when they opened fire.
