Phoenix Sky Harbor to offer "compassion lanyards" to disabled travelers

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is offering "compassion lanyards" for people who have disabilities that may not be visible to the public. Airport employees are being trained to keep an eye out for travelers who wear these so they can be especially conscious of their needs.
