Valley organization collecting hygiene kits for recovering addicts
Phoenix-based Shoebox Ministry is collecting hundreds of hygiene kits for recovering substance abuse addicts. These kits are then donated to Crossroads, a substance abuse program in Arizona. FOX 10 photojournalist Tom Fergus has more.
