Police activity in Surprise area in connection with AMBER Alert issued for missing Idaho teen

Authorities in Arizona have issued an AMBER Alert Monday night for a teenage girl out of Idaho, after a phone that belongs to the person accused of kidnapping her was pinged in Northern Arizona.
