1 dead, 1 injured in west Phoenix double shooting

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Police say one person is dead and another is injured following a shooting at a motel in west Phoenix. According to Sgt. Tommy Thompson with Phoenix police, a 60-year-old man and 52-year-old woman were inside a motel room near 19th Avenue and Van Buren just after 6 p.m. on April 28, when they heard someone knocking on the door.
