Christmas Lee gets ready to turn the lights back on again

For over three decades, Lee Sepanek, perhaps better known as "Christmas Lee", has turned his home near 44th Street and Camelback into a giant light display. After a dispute in 2017, he is back with the holiday lights display. FOX 10's Stephanie Olmo reports.
