1st-alarm fire destroys condos under construction in Phoenix

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Firefighters say a first-alarm fire that destroyed several condos under construction appears to be suspicious. According to the Phoenix Fire Department, the fire broke out overnight morning near Central and Dobbins.
