DPS: Suspect leads troopers on pursuit across Valley with infant in vehicle

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A pursuit suspect was arrested Sunday night after he led DPS troopers on a chase across several cities with a 6-month-old child in the vehicle.  Arizona DPS says the situation began during an attempted traffic stop near Val Vista Rd. and U.S. 60 and the driver, identified as Joseph Ortiz, refused to stop.
