Man dead, woman critically injured after Phoenix double shooting

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Police say a man is dead after he and a woman were shot in Phoenix overnight. According to Sgt. Armando Carbajal with Phoenix police, officers responded to reports of a possible shooting near 39th Avenue and Grand and observed a vehicle leaving the scene.
