2 wild horses found shot to death in Heber

HEBER-OVERGAARD, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A reward is being offered after two wild horses were found shot to death in Northern Arizona over the weekend. According to the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group, the horses were found dead near the Heber Wild Horse Territory in the Apache Sitegreaves National Forest.
