Family escapes double house fire in Phoenix

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Firefighters say a family of three escaped without injury after a fire broke out inside their home and spread to a neighbor's home in Phoenix. According to Capt. Jake Van Hook with the Phoenix Fire Department, the family of three was awoken by a loud "boom" early Monday morning when a fire started inside their home near 36th Street and Campbell.
