High-end restaurant, retail center coming to Valley

A new high-end restaurant and retail center is coming to the northwest Valley. Dubbed "83 Marketplace," it will be a high-end center with indoor and outdoor dining, specialty services, and retail businesses. It will be located on 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road in north Peoria. According to the company behind the project, the first tenants of the marketplace are scheduled to open in late spring of next year.
