Police: Suspect sought in fatal shooting of man in apartment

PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say a suspect is being sought in the fatal shooting of a man in an apartment Tuesday morning. Sgt. Mercedes Fortune says the male suspect drove off in a four-door silver vehicle with minor collision damage to its right side.
