New body cam video shows Mesa police officers mocking suspect

Newly released body camera video shows another violent arrest of a suspect by Mesa Police Department officers. According to court documents, the body cam video is from an arrest back on January 28 involving Jose Luis Conde, who was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over by police.
