Police: Street-racing may have led to crash, power outage

Police say street-racing may have led to a car crashing into a power pole and causing a power outage in Peoria. Lance Ritchie says it was just after 2 a.m. when the commotion started. "I saw the flash outside, I saw two flashes... they were six-seven seconds apart," he said.
