Bill introduced to give state funding to Tucson Shooting memorial

State Lawmakers are introducing a bill that will provide, with conditions, state funding for a memorial in Tucson that commemorates the deadly January 8, 2011 shooting that seriously injured Congresswoman Gabby Giffords.
